Information about the processing of customer data
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as GDPR), I inform that:

– legal obligations imposed on the Data Administrator – art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR,
– for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, e.g. monitoring or sending information about the company’s offer – art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.
d) The recipient of your personal data will be entities authorized to process under the data entrustment agreement for the above-mentioned purpose and entities authorized under the law.
e) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
f) Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent, end the contract or cooperation, or pursuant to archiving regulations.
g) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the basis for processing is compliant), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
h) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation or national regulations.

§ 1 Definitions

§ 2 Types of cookies used
1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate Users’ Devices. § 3 Purposes for which Cookies are used
1. The Administrator uses its own Cookies to properly configure the Website, and in particular to:
